Virtual Assistant Pricing
As your Virtual Assistant I can support you with a wide range of solutions, all of which are customisable to suit your needs. Here are some examples of how I can help support you and your business.
Ad-hoc / by the hour
Charged on an hourly basis (Minimum 1 hour) of £40 per hour, this pay as you go service is suited for ad-hoc project work. These are invoiced at the end of the month and payment terms are 14 days.
Retainer packages
For regular ongoing support I offer a retainer package at £300 per day charged in half days. You will be guaranteed my availability, and this is perfect if you’d like dedicated VA support for you and your business. Payment for retainer packages are made in advance, on a monthly basis and within the first 5 working days of the month.
Event Management
Bespoke event management support will be charged at £300 per day.
All expenses incurred for paper, printing, postage, calls to mobiles or international numbers, stationery, will be charged at cost. Mileage will be charged at 45p per mile.
