As your Virtual Assistant, I’m able to turn my hand to many things. I project manage, coordinate diaries, inboxes, manage employee wellbeing and recognition programmes, run meetings and events, perform online research, prepare presentations, make travel bookings, manage suppliers, support recruitment efforts and monitor social media channels… the list goes on. My creative and pragmatic approach to problem solving means I can identify opportunities and find solutions to the most complex administrative challenges and implement new processes and procedures that are cost and time effective – helping transform your business and helping you meet your personal and professional goals.

As for many, the year of 2020 felt somewhat like a year of change – creating exciting opportunities for agile working and work life blend.  I realised that after many years of working as a Corporate PA I needed a new life challenge.  I wanted to shake up my working style and give myself the freedom and flexibility to live the life I wanted.  I’ve always admired those who start up new businesses through their passion of helping others, and I wanted to make a difference to others in a more personal and impactful way.  Being inspired by others gives me the drive to help others thrive. 

Work-life blend 

It’s important to me to take a holistic approach and support the whole you, not just the work side, but the personal side too, because it’s less about striving for work-life balance (which implies the two should never intersect) but more about living a work life blend.  Work-life blend means finding ways to step away from either work or life, without having to compromise, sacrifice, or favour one over the other.  What does success look like to you?
